"Be cautious make sure you ask the right questions you will get answers even if people do not believe or know them to be correct. Only one person here knows the answers to questions and that is the main insurance agent Unfortunately, he was brought in too late to do any good the lies and damage had already been done and now I am screwed and forced to stay with this company for three more years. They can tell you that that is not true and that is not something with the insurance community , but that statement. does no good whenever every company that you’re trying to switch to tells you it’s a fact also make sure you watch any claim representatives comes to your house like a hawk. They are not honest either. There’s a good chance you might be forced to take a claim on something. you did not have them come out to look at it and then you’re stuck for three years. They do something very similar in the auto industry with non-at fault accidents. Just wanna make sure everyone knows and is aware of the Shady behavior. Don’t expect anything to compliment, but I did file a complaint with the Department of commerce and insurance."

"Hi Michael….I want to thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for recognizing the fact that our Agency does all that we can to support our customers after they file a claim. As I’m sure you know, State Farm does not allow its Agents to process claims, and we are prohibited from attempting to influence the outcome. That said, it is up to each individual State Farm Agent to determine what role, if any, they would like to play. As you discovered at the Nowatzki Agency, there is a strong commitment to help faclitate communication between the customer and State Farm’s Claims Department. To that end, I’m sure you would agree that my Agency played an instrumental role in getting State Farm’s Claims Department to authorize a second inspection of your roof. And, as you know, I personally took the time to appear at your residence for this inspection so as to advocate on your behalf. Although the final outcome of your claim was not to your liking, I would contend that the support you received from my Agency during the process was unparalleled. That said, it appears that the overwhelming majority of the comments made in your review are aimed at State Farm’s Claims Operation. Michael, if you feel that there is anything further I might be able to do on my end to help facilitate additional communication with members of State Farm’s Claims Management Team, please reach out to me personally at my office. As we’ve proven to you in the past, my Agency will turn over every stone possible to help. Thank you again for leaving a review. "

"I would never consider going anywhere else for insurance. The customer service I receive from Joe Nowatzki and Ann Blood and everyone at the office is OUTSTANDING!! The rates are super competitive but even if they were higher I'd gladly pay it to have Joe's team in my corner making sure I'm adequately insured AND that the coverage I have is tailored for MY ever changing needs."

"State Farm has been a great insurance company for us. Our refrigerator leaked and damaged our whole kitchen floor. They took care of having a company come in and dry it out and cut us a check for new flooring. They also saved us money on our car insurance. They are very helpful with any questions or concerns we have and always friendly."

"I have been with Joe Nowatzki State Farm Insurance for 12 plus years. From the lady’s in the office to Joe they are all amazing nice and friendly every time I need something they are on the task as soon as I ask. Won’t be leaving till I’m pushing up daisy’s. "18 years of paying premiums, no claims, storms hit my house causing hundreds of thousands of dollars damage, when on a year-long search to deny my claim. I would love to hear the rebuttal to this review. Was accused of making threatening statements after they refused to pay for cover damages. I receive nothing but lies, please wait and go ahead and pay for it yourself we will reimburse you. Filed a lawsuit they are willing to go to court to say that they did nothing wrong. Joe Nowitzki personally lied to me along with every agent that I spoke with. He is a zero. They even attacked my family members that I referred to them. Joe, I paid 18 years to your fund and I can't talk to you. Covered damages have not been repaired. Stop hiding"

And, although I would very much like to respond in detail to the allegations in your review, I don’t believe it would be in your best interests for me to broadcast the actual facts surrounding your statements on such a public forum including the reasons why you are no longer allowed to contact me or my office. Further, it is my understanding that State Farm requested all communication from you to be done so in writing. Please refer to the document you received in December of last year which provides the addresses to which all correspondence with State Farm should be directed. Thank you. Joe N"

"I’ve been with Joe for years and every time I call I am reminded why I’ve been insuring with his agency for so long. Whether it’s Ann, Brandi, Susie or Joe himself, I always receive top notch service. Today I was at the DOR and couldn’t find my temporary insurance card in my email. Now we all know the panic that will set in when you are at the DMV and realize you don’t have something. I called Joe’s office and spoke to Brandi. Within a couple minutes, I had my proof of insurance. She definitely saved the day! Thanks for being the best Team Joe!!"

"Super friendly and helpful staff. I signed up my title on the wrong spot so it got send back. Brandy helped me and took care of everything for me. Even helped me with setting up the payment to get a car sooner, then email me some documents helped me explaining to me what I needed to do after. Great customer service!"
