"We've been working with Joe for 15 years or more now and it's a great experience. His team is so knowledgeable and if I have a question for Joe I can actually get ahold of him and reach *him.* I don't think this is how other insurance companies work or even other state farm agents. I had one state farm agent for 6 years before Joe and never met her and had no clue where her office was or her staff names. But mantis office is personal, friendly, they actually answer the phone and I can text them and hear back from them (vs an 800 number and any customer service rep). I do enjoy the advice and local support. Claims have been easy, they're friendly, I don't feel intimidated when I have to ask a question. A few years ago I had question about big polciy changes (that fine print paper people throw away) and Joe sat with me and answered every single question. So thank you! It's been great working with you guys all these years, keep being awesome."
